Jarl is a Certified Master Instructor in Indoor Cycling. He is a Star 3 Spinning® Instructor and worked as a Presenter of the Spinning® Program for five years. Jarl is certified as an Indoor Cycling Instructor with Reebok® and Schwinn®. Jarl has presented in numerous
conferences worldwide such as FIBO (Essen Germany), ECA
(New York City), WSSC - World Spinning and Sports Conference
(Miami, Chicago and Los Angeles), Fitness China (Beijing),
Fitness Shanghai, DCAC(Washington DC) and Revolution
Fitness (Boston). Prior to becoming a presenter, Jarl was the
Volunteer Coordinator for several WSSC in Miami, LA and
Chicago.
